This t-shirt design made me laugh, it reminds me of a conversation that I find myself having quite often:
Friend/Acquaintance: I hear you have an indie music blog?
Me: Yeah, I do.
Friend/Acquaintance: Have you heard of (insert any random unknown band or artist)?
Me: No, I haven’t. Do you like them?
Friend/Acquaintance: You haven’t?! OMG! I can’t believe you blog about music and you’ve never heard of (insert aforementioned band or artist name)!
Me: Well, there’s a lot of good music out there.
Friend/Acquaintance: You should write about them, my sister’s boyfriend’s cable guy is in that band. I can’t believe you haven’t heard of them. They totally rock!
Here are my thoughts on that:
- We don’t HAVE to like the same music.
- Neither of us is cooler than the other because we have heard of a certain band.
That said, I’m all about sharing the good stuff!

Hipsters. The ultimate hipster WILL name off a band that doesn’t exist.. and harass you for not knowing them and saying they have to be the best band alive.. or “they’re the next queen man…”

it’s a funny shirt! i think it was zach condon who’s been seen wearing this before, but i might be wrong.
anyhows, it’s also funny how people pride themselves in having “discovered” a band or an album, cos after all, someone must have introduced it to them in the first place. i must admit i’m guilty of that too sometimes, but aren’t we all a little snotty that way? hahaa
whatever it is, keep sharing the great music!

Love it! Would sell like hot-cakes in Camden where merely walking round there is like screaming “i am cool!” “i must be!!”.. “am i not?!”
lively track that Butterfly a bit of a Hendrix Experience (granted, after a temazepam)

This shirt reminds of an old flame who used to *try* and be the first to see/hear about hot new bands. Problem was, many of these “hot” bands weren’t too hot.
