I’m going to break the Shepizzle mold just a bit an post some Indie covers that I have stumbled upon recently. Some of these songs are originally by an Indie artist, others are songs covered by Indie bands, either way they are worth a listen.

i do not think john mayer is indie. in fact he is very annoying, but i respect that you like him!
but i wanted to tell you of two bands that i have heard letely that i liked. they are really mellow.

For the record…
I don’t consider John Mayer as Indie but I have posted on Radiohead before (I realize that even Radiohead is a stretch for Indie music but they are just so awesome!) so that’s why I posted that one.

i heard the josh ritter song on our independent radio station yesterday morning, thank you so much for posting it…and the others, as well!
